Dr. West has diverse experience in several professional fields, including education, law, public administration, emergency medicine, and fire protection. He has been with SIU as a Visiting Assistant Professor since March 2008 and has provided instruction in law, leadership/management, technical writing, information technologies, human resources, and other related topics over that period of time. On a full-time basis, Gregory is the Fire Chief for the Richfield Fire Department (Wisconsin).
