Dr. Ahmed Al-Asfour is an Associate Professor and Coordinator in the Organizational Learning and Development program. With more than 20 years of experience in higher education, academic leadership, and workforce development, his teaching focuses on leadership, human resource development, and organizational improvement. His research interests include workforce localization in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), leadership development, workforce and talent development, and artificial intelligence and the future of work.
